Audrey Klinger in the Selectmen's Office has notified me that next Thursday afternoon, October 1, the Water Department will begin flushing the town hydrants, and the job will take us into sometime Friday morning. The work will likely result in some discolored but not unhealthy water for a while. Frequently you can run it for a while and get past the discolored water.
